Quickstart
How a split works in the Mutexa app, from connecting a wallet to watching your band, with paper mode for a dry run.
This walkthrough follows one position from plan to exit. You can run every step in paper mode first, with live prices and no real funds.
Plan, check, confirm
- 1
Connect and sign once
Connect the wallet you already use and sign one message. Mutexa derives fresh accounts for each venue from that signature, on your device. Keys never leave it. - 2
Plan a split
Choose a venue, a market and your total size and leverage, or a loan and its collateral. Mutexa proposes a number of slices, each with its own size and margin or loan-to-value. Your $MUTEX tier sets how many slices you can use. - 3
See the band
Before you confirm, the plan shows your blended entry and the liquidation band: the spread of levels across your slices instead of one line. - 4
Check what trackers would see
The tracker view renders your slices the way public trackers show them, and the linkability score rates how easily they could be clustered, with fixes. - 5
Review the cost preview
Privacy is not free. The cost preview shows the extra venue fees, rail and bridge costs and the time privacy adds, before you commit. - 6
Confirm and watch one book
Slices are funded through the privacy rail and opened with jittered timing and size. From then on one book shows total size, PnL, health and your band, and the risk engine guards every slice. - 7
Exit privately
Slices close with jitter, and funds return through the rail to a fresh address or a shielded pool.
Paper mode
Paper mode runs the same plan against live prices without real funds. Use it to see how your band behaves when price moves, how the risk engine responds, and what the tracker view looks like before you trade.
Before you start
- Read what Mutexa hides and what it doesn't. Privacy is from public trackers, not from the venues themselves.
- Respect each venue's terms and geographic restrictions. Mutexa does not change them.
- Launch venues are announced at launch. Supported venues appear in the app as they go live.
